    • Maintaining highest cleaning standards across all areas, including a high number of meeting rooms and spaces frequently visited by VIP guests.
    • Prepare Daily reports, review facility checklist, records, logbooks related to housekeeping services.
    • Reporting / Identification of snags and coordinating with the various departments / project team for timely closure.
    • Ensure proper staff deployment at all the time and timely facility rounds.
    • Coordinate with Housekeeping service providers for operational issues & complaints
    • Review monthly performance of housekeeping service provider and schedule MIS Review meetings.
    • Monitor 52 week cleaning calendar schedule and share reports on weekly basis.
    • Prepare MIS for housekeeping services and share details with Admin Team for management review.
    • Ensuring vendor compliance, monthly billing, and overall performance.
    • Supporting the admin team with event setup, execution, and post-event housekeeping.
    • Managing vendor coordination and standardization of housekeeping services and processes.
    • Supervising Pest control, façade cleaning, parking management, horticulture, and other facilities like creche room, Gym, medical Room etc.
    • Training and grooming of vendor partner team and reviewing monthly performance as per agreed terms.

    This role will provide single-point accountability for housekeeping operations, strengthen compliance and safety standards, and enhance the overall employee and visitor experience.
