    Facility Manager – Soft Services

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily soft services operations – housekeeping, pantry, front office, etc.
    • Supervise site service staff and ensure compliance with SLAs and SOPs
    • Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery and consumables
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep
    • Track inventory, consumables, and site-related expenses
    • Address client escalations and feedback with prompt resolution
    • Assist in audit preparation, documentation, and compliance reporting
    • Support the Facility Manager in site coordination and team supervision
    • Candidate Profile:
    • Graduate in any discipline
    • 3–4 years of relevant experience in soft services within corporate facilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong in team management and vendor coordination
    • Familiarity with facility SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service quality standards
    • Good knowledge - PPT / MS office / Data Analyst"
