Programming & Design: Create and debug PLC software (ladder logic, structured text) and configure HMI screens for operator control.
System Integration: Install, test, and commission automated control systems in industrial environments.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware/software faults to minimize production downtime.
Maintenance & Optimization: Perform updates, maintain backups, and optimize control sequences for improved efficiency.
Documentation: Create technical documentation, including electrical schematics, IO lists, and user manuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial control systems, VFDs, sensors, and actuators.
Software Proficiencies: Experience with major platforms like Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens, Schneider, or Mitsubishi.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming languages, HMI design, and debugging, along with strong communication skills.
