Ensure effective implementation of Transport processes and systems and document processes where not in place.
• Identify checks & alterations in the Transport system and highlight improvement areas.
• Work closely with Security team to ensure Safety checks and standards as per SOW defined in the agreement.
• Represent Transport team for meetings with business on Transport issues
• Transport helpdesk management to be implemented, tracked & reported
• Achieve agreed SLA’s as per agreement with vendors
• Preparing & sharing monthly Transport MIS and ensuring its accuracy
• Ensure timely invoice generation, accuracy in checking & release of payment
• Route planning and Route Mapping
